975 Bus - poor weather

Dear Parent

Having spoken with Blackburn with Darwen transport department, the drivers of the 975 have been told NOT to take the Moorside/Blackburn Road loop when they judge the road conditions are too dangerous. They have been informed to make a decision when they get there and if it is likely to be a problem they should  continue to Edgworth on the main road and pick up at the White Horse.

We are just making you aware that in poor weather the bus WILL pick up from the White Horse (and other stops on the main road) in the morning and that children will need to make their way there but it may not take the Moorside/Blackburn Road loop.
