Year 8 Parents’ Evening – Wednesday 8th February - Online Appointment Booking
I would like to invite you to attend our parents’ evening on Wednesday 8th February. This is an important evening, and provides you with an opportunity to discuss your child’s learning and their next steps.
The school will continue to use our easy-to-use online video meeting package. It has an intuitive online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers, and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. In order to allow you to see the most teachers possible, our appointment times are 4 minutes. The program will end the call automatically after this time. A countdown will show for both you and the teacher, so that you know how long you have left. Of course if you need a follow-up call after the event, we can arrange that.
Appointments can be made from Tuesday 31st January at 9:00 a.m. and will close on Monday 6th February at 11:00 a.m.
Please visit https://turtonsch.schoolcloud.co.uk/ to book your appointments (after Tuesday 31st January). A short guide on how to add appointments is included with this letter. You will login with the following information:
- Parent’s first name
- Parent’s surname
- Student’s first name (preferred name not legal name – so Ben for example, not Benjamin)
- Student’s surname
- Student’s date of birth
