Keep Calm, Stay Wise, Be Kind


This week is mental health awareness week in the UK. This year’s theme is BE KIND.
Now more than ever, we are coming together across the world to take care of others, take care of ourselves and BE KIND.

We can’t care for others until we take care of ourselves. Use this week to do something for you, something that keeps you calm or makes you happy. Try doing one of the random acts of kindness below for another. Things are difficult at the moment, but we are lucky enough to be surrounded with technology allowing us to keep in touch with those we love and help them in any way we can.  Use the websites listed to find ideas, or access the help and advice they offer.
