Turton Sports has launched a new range of Fitness classes for October. Please see below the times of classes confirmed.

Yoga Classes



Yoga practice can provide a wide range of benefits to everyone including:-

Breath:            smoother, deeper, and more rhythmic breath.
Mind:               quietens, and calms the mind.
Movement:      brings strength and flexibility to the body, making movement easier.
Posture:          improves your posture, improving your overall health.


The classes are 1.5 hours and are suitable for all adults of different abilities.  Children aged over 14 can only attend with an adult aged 18 or over. 


Your Yoga classes

Your Yoga run 2 classes at Turton Sixth Form Dance Studio on Thursday evenings:-

5:45 – 7:15pm
7:30 – 9:00pm


These are private classes so are NOT part of the Turton fitness classes scheme.


Classes are run throughout the year according to the school term times (including during the summer break) and the Spring term of classes start on Thursday 14th April 2016.
